everything! Great feel to this fantastic hotel. The public space is very stylish, the staff are professional, clearly well know exactly what they’re doing , and so friendly. Location is great. Breakfast excellent. Room was very comfortable. private parking. What more can I say.

Great decor inside and a really pleasant atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was well organized and the overall experience was very enjoyable.
A few small details could be improved for a five-star hotel. The staff were welcoming, but the uniforms seemed inconsistent, with different styles of T-shirts and sneakers, which made the overall look feel less polished than expected.
During dinner, our first table was right next to the reception, and when we asked to move, the new table was beside the patio door where it kept opening and closing, creating uncomfortable drafts.
The food was decent but somewhat mediocre for a hotel of this level. We also noticed a guest at a nearby table asking the waiter three times to redo his plate because he was unhappy with it.
