System was down it sucked

It was a nice lobby. I never got to go past that point because their system was down so they couldn’t check anyone in and there was no ETA for when their system would be coming back up

I liked that it was quiet even though we were close to the freeway. It is centrally located in the town so the market, laundromat, stores, and places to eat were VERY close to the hotel Nice outdoor patio if you had a group staying together that wanted to hang out. Very clean.

The rooms are on the small side. It would have been nice if there was an ice bucket in the room (you have to get them on the first floor). Only one tissue in our tissue box when we arrived. The refrigerator could be a little colder.

My wife and I rate every single hotel room we stay in. It's just a thing we do. I am not sure who designed the Tru rooms but even though they are among the smallest rooms we've stayed in, they are at the top of the list in terms of being the most well appointed and thoughtful rooms we have had the pleasure of being in. They are cool and hip and aren't lacking a thing. For the first time ever, my wife and I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Seriously, the Hilton designer who planned these rooms and the hotel layout is a genius. Our guess is that this will become one of your most successful Hilton brands if hasn't already shot to the top. For the price/value, there is no better hotel on the planet. Thank you!

We loved it all. Nothing we didn't like. Seriously, for the price we paid, the room we stayed in was a complete deal and, like Starbucks and Peets, we'll stay at Tru wherever it is because we know what we're going to get and we love it!

Hotel allows non-electric vehicles to park in EV-only parking spots. Neighborhood made me unsure if my car would be secure since there were people sitting in their cars just hanging out late at night in the parking lot.

Great location, friendly staff, simply a nice hotel!

The hotel was overall great! The location of it was perfect when it came to why we were visiting, very central to our needs. Plenty of food options nearby and easy access to the highway. As weird as it sounds, the place smells so good when you walk in which makes a huge difference. We utilized the gym each morning and it was nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Again, overall it was a great stay!

The room size was a little smaller than we would have preferred for 3 people, but it wasn't terrible. The only other issue was that the gym never had any fresh towels on the shelf and they didn't have wipies to wipe down the equipment during the first two mornings but finally had refilled them by our final morning there.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Location was not in the safest area. Also there was an employee playing ball with a small child in the lobby. The ball would ricochet off the walls, counters and near guests. I found this to be a bit unprofessional.

Convenience and cleanliness

Waiting at the check-in desk for 15 minutes with no staff in sight. When staff arrived, there was little conversation and no apology or explanation for making us wait so long to check in. We were the only customers.

THEY HAVE HIT THE SWEET SPOT BETWEEN MODERN EXPRESS ACCOMODATIONS AND PROVIDING AMENITIES YOU WANT

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. ALL THE AMENITIES YOU REALLY NEED ARE THERE. HAIRDRYER IN BATHROOM, IRON, MINI-FRIDGE. THE LUGGAGE CARTS HAVE HIGH TOWERS WHICH ARE PARTICULARLY HELPFUL FOR LONG DRESSES

Staff was nice and helpful. Woman who was breakfast host was very nice. She worked during the week. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre. When I received my receipt, it had my name right but address was in Netherlands or somewhere in Scandinavia. I received another “Rate Tru” email that was in Dutch or some language similar. Odd. We had 3 towel pegs in bathroom that were unfinished. Maintenance man fixed second day. Shower head should be upgraded.

New facility, very clean, very friendly and professional staff. Close to the freeway and numerous restaurants.

The breakfast offered could use a better selection. The parking was limited and a few pickup trucks were inconsiderate and took up 2 spaces.
