It's a good base camp to get to aushwitz tour quickly.
The sound isolation is terrible. Behind the wall there was also a bedroom we assume because there was talking loud music to 1 AM. Even the talking can be heard pretty clearly so the isolation is atrocious. The bad was literally child size and I didn't really fit. All of the night my legs were out of the bed. There was a conditioner, no remote in sight. The bedroom curtains are a joke. One close down curtain is broken so there's just a sheet of material instead of it. The pillows are terrible as well. Paper thin. It was a nice hack to take the sofa pillows and sleep on them because they are firm and feel like actual pillows. The checkin processes was a mess. The booking says that someone will meet me which is not true. Late check in costs money but I'm not sure why because it's just a lockbox. Also we didn't get our entry codes and started to worry about it because in literally every booking we already know how to get inside, but not this one. When we contacted the host he sayd that the codes will be sent automatically. Why wouldn't the host just write that info in booking check in instructions I'm not sure.

Property was beautiful very well appointed and comfortable.
the brackets for the shades on the bedroom window were broken so the shade fell off when opening the window. We put it back up it but it needs to be fixed properly.

Location was good and the room was clean.
The bed was not comfortable. Was making noise. And the hot water was taking too much time to get heated.
