Astra Apartments

​The apartment is in a very convenient location, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The hostess is incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was perfectly clean and tidy, featuring a very comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioner. The small kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary dishes. Big thanks to the hosts!

The apartment was clean and cozy to stay in, host Christina was very friendly, gave us a very warm welcome and took the time to introduce us to the amenities nearby as well as reminded us to be early for our Auschwitz museum tour the next day. There is also a nice cafe nearby that serves really good breakfast and coffee.

Our stay at Astra Apartments was incredible. We got there earlier than expected and when we called our host was there within 5 minutes to meet us! She knew a little english but even then her communication was great. We VERY much appreciated that it's on a quiet street because we had a very peaceful night. Very safe! Did not feel weary at any moment. Beds were comfy! Super super clean and well maintained. Truly the hostess takes really good care of her apartments. It is nothing luxurious or fancy but it is quaint, peaceful and overall makes for a truly nice stay. Bonus is that as people who didn't have a car, it was a 2 minute walk from the train station and about a 10 minute walk from shops.

What a great place to stay. Nice size room with a kitchenette and modern facilities. Nice lady and helpful. Beautiful backyard to sit in. Across the road from the train station though still quiet. Walking distance to Auschwitz and old town, or there are buses if you prefer. Highly recommend.
