We loved the location on the marina. The apartment was close to beaches, markets, restaurants and bakeries. We really enjoyed coffee on the little balcony. The apartment was well stocked and outfitted (except no kitchen roll). It was well cared-for and clean.
We did not like the difficulty of the physical access to the apartment. The outside door was heavy and difficult to get open. Bougainvillea had grown over the entrance to the point you had to stoop and “tunnel” your way in. Parking was also not as described: there is no guaranteed or allocated parking space: there is an adjacent municipal lot that you can park in if spaces are available. But the negatives did NOT outweigh the positives.

Location, location , location!!!
Booking.com's appalling handling of our booking....request for extra bed (which we paid extra for) was not passed on to host and so our Son had to sleep on the sofa.
No word from host about extra bed mishap dispite sending various messages
Mould in shower
No window blinds...just old shutters that we were scared would break if we tried to close them
