Panoramic view of the sea, the marina, and the famous Cap Ferrat. In the center of a Mediterranean village with its morning Provencal market, chic boutiques, fine restaurants and bars. 5 minutes by train from Nice and Monaco, 30 minutes by train to Italy. The beaches and walks around Cap-Ferrat are divine.
The living room is equipped with a large sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a television. A French window opens onto the sea side terrace with garden furniture. it is extended by the dining area and the open-plan kitchen opening onto the mountain-side terrace.
The apartment is surrounded by a huge terrace of 50 m2 which goes around on three sides, facing East, South and West. The terrace is decorated with plants and shaded by blinds.

The apartment was perfect for my husband and I.
3 deck areas, minutes walk to train, bus, grocery store, bakery, outdoor fruit and veggie market.
The views were amazing!

This is a great property with some amazing views. You are effectively invited into the owners home from home.

The unit is very nice and well appointed. Great views and a very secure door. While the location is very convenient to the Super U grocery store, train and bus, there is extreme noise from the elementary school across the street and the vehicles on the street. I left a day early due to noise. It was difficult to sit on the terraces due to noise.
Also at check-in one needs to sign a booklet of many pages with photos of every item in the unit. I was not about to go counting all the silverware, dishes, etc. I have never seen this in other VRBOs.
