A very calm natural resort

The stay was just for one night but it was super cozy and I definitely would have stayed more if that was an option. A very calm natural resort. The room itself wasn't the most modern one but this was part of the experience and I would not point it out as a disadvantage. The breakfast was godly and the restaurant is very pleasant - you sit by a little pool, so cool! I loved it, totally!

A nice place to stay

A nice place to stay, excellent breakfast, its own park with gazebos for relaxation, basketball and tennis courts. The staff is diligent, works with desire and a smile. There is no pressure or anything that would spoil the feeling of timelessness. The spa area is small and requires advance booking. Free buses are available to/from Belgrade. There are supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The atmosphere in the wooden houses is pleasant, there is space, you don't have to climb to get to the bedroom... :) The veranda is pleasant and surrounded by lots of greenery.

Good but far from central Belgrade, health suite is dated.

The restaurant was slightly over priced. Its far from belgrade central, around 45mins bus journey from the airport. The sauna and steam room was dated and not clean.. there was alot of debris in the jacuzzi. The health suite wasn't working. The reception staff spoke limited English and used Google translate but was helpful.. There's not alot to do near the hotel , it's very quiet but with some wild dogs when you leave the hotel. The aqua park was closed.

Centipedes worms bugs etc

In the middle of the night i woke up, feeling something is crawling up my tight near my private parts... it was 7-10 cm long centipede. I screamed and trew the blanket out the door where i managed to take a photo of it. I reported to the staff and i checked out 2 days early. No refund (pending dispute at the moment of writing) had one year old baby with me, imagine if that thing crawled on her or she ate it or idk what else. No kne should find this bug on his leg near private parts at 22h40min on a Saturday evening.

A nice and relaxing one night stay

It's a very interesting place with wooden villas. We reserved two - room suite and our villa met everything we needed - two bedrooms om the second floor and a large livingroom on the first floor. Not to forget to mention the nful pizz/pub ice veranda , surounded by greenary. There even was a private parking for these family villas.In fact this place is an enourmous aqua park with several pools. They were not open in the late autumn but looked splendid. And one of the best thing was breakfast - it exceeded all we thought it could be. rarely you van find such a variety of foods, prepared just for a few people. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in Yakovo and not close to Belgrad but very close to the high way , which was our priority. We found a wonderful pizza/pub very close to the hotel and tasted some traditional dishes. You can have dinner at the restaurant too but we like to visit local pubs.

Could be better.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly and professional.

The villas need to be renovated. The bathroom and toilet was not cleaned properly, there are visible stains and dirt on the floors, walls and sink. The villa have cobwebs all over. The restaurant smelled of cat poo and on the lounge area people were allowed to smoke even though there is a sign that it is a no smoking area. The resort was dirty overall and is not maintained properly.

Everything was great.. Spent here 7 days and could spend another 7.. Traveled with kids and with all the wateroark slides and pool availability at the property- I havent seen them happier! Staff is really helpful.. Food is great.. We had dinner and breakfast included.. Varieation of food was incredible..Thank you so much for making our vacation here so perfect! If you travel to Belgrade, this is the plave where to stay! Highly recomended!

A very uncomfortable stay

The waterpark was fun and the outdoors areas were nice. Some members of staff made a big effort, were kind and polite. The cabin was spacious.

The wooden house we stayed in was dated, dirty, full of dead bugs and spider webs. Broken fixtures, the bathroom shower was missing shower head, had mold on the floor and walls. The hand soap smelled of bleach, the bedlinen had holes. Worst of all, we went during a heatwave of 41C and there was only 1 A/C for a cabin of 2 bedrooms and living room and was not even working well. It was an absolute disappointment to pay 200Euros for that. The management should spend some money to update the property. Small little changes will make a huge difference.

Fun place with children!

The kids loved the aqua park, remember bathing shoes as the tiles get so hot during the day! And the area is nice with trees and tree huts. Room was large and had a good bathroom. 15 minutes from the airport.

Breakfast could improve a little, but it was ok. Did not try the dinner. The play room was a little outdated.

The apartment was very nice, warm colors and cozy. Breakfast was also very nice with a very nice restaurant garden.

The little things. Hair on the floor in one place, blanket and towels were too small, people walking in the second floor was very loud downstairs, no reading light near the bed, light coming in through the windows early in the morning...

For transit

Spacious and clean rooms, the location, near Belgrade. The breakfast was good and various.

On our first night we were informed at the reception that downstairs it's a small party and after 23.00 the party will be over, but it wasn't so. At 24.00 I went at the reception desk and they told me that I was informed about this and they can't do anything. Next time you accept this kind of parties, check if the hotel rooms are free, because your hosts have to feel pleasant on their stay..

Did the job but could’ve been nicer.

The location is okay, it’s very isolated and far out from any towns. When we needed airport transfers, the hotel we’re very helpful and sorted out transfers. Any taxi companies we called said they would be unlikely to come out so far, so just keep that in mind in you plan to use taxis to go back and forth into belgrade.

The rooms were okay, clean enough but quite dated, there was a rug in our room that looked like it should’ve just been thrown out, it appeared brown and very dirty. The shower flooded when I used it and I think it’s supposed to as there is a drain on the bathroom floor. It was confusing as the bathroom isn’t set out like a wet room. There was also quite a bad odour from the drains. Other than that the room was fine, the bed and sheets were clean and it served its purpose. The water park was lovely, there didn’t seem to be very many life guards around but I’m not sure if this is just because we didn’t stay at peak summer time. Other than that the water park was great. All the staff were very nice and very helpful.

Wonderful hotel!!

Our second time in this hotel, stayed for 3 days and it was wonderful. Friendly staff, amazing food at the restaurant and huge swimming pools. Very pet friendly too!! Great value for money, highly recommended!!

- Nicely equipped resort with small cabins as sleeping accommodation - good breakfast with a LOT of choice - big Breakfast/Diner Room - rooms are fine - I can't say anything about the wellness and fun areas because I didn't use them

- we arrived at the hotel late from the airport (midnight); There was no one at reception and it was locked; It took a while until someone came to let us in - lots of dogs in the entrance area; Someone who is afraid of dogs will not have an easy time of it - "wild" dogs and cats running around in the open breakfast room - you have to like it - bath towels smelled extremely bad when you got them wet

Good overall.

We went in December. The breakfast was excellent, very diverse, continental with a mix of Balkan style. Overall stay was fine considering 20 mins drive to Belgrade. Definitely for larger families, it offered privacy and comfort to some extent. The staff was helpful and friendly. Late dinners were still possible, and the dining area has fantastic vibe.

The huts were nice to look at but cleanliness can be a bit off. Bugs did come in, even during winters and bathrooms need better ventilation. The bed was okay while the sofa set was comfortable. WIth a little more maintenance, these can be turned as top experiences.

Excellent stay

We had a nice big wooden house, very cozy inside. Staff was really helpful with everything. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had. A la carte menu was also great and they have a children playroom connected with the restaurant. Spa was also very nice, although quite small

Absolutely everything else was awful. One of the dirtiest places we've ever been - everything in the bathroom was either rusty, mouldy or broken. The bed was full with hair that was definitely not ours. The room was clearly smoken into. Looked way better in the photos - the only upside was we only stayed for one night on our way. Definitely would not recommend...

The actual water park could be far better. Lounges really old and broken. Water would question filtering system. There is a little nook jacuzzi in a pool that was actually a green slimey swamp. Breakfast could definitely be fresher! Restaurant needs a complete over hall.
