Great location close to the beach with a nice view of the water and local wildlife from the balconies. House had everything we needed, very clear and comfortable, would stay again

Had a problem with the water supply during our stay but the host sent someone out to resolve it quickly

The house is a great size with 3 bedrooms downstairs as well as a living area, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs has the master bedroom with ensuite, an extra toilet and kitchen/dining and living room. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed. We were a multi generational group with the grandparents, parents and two teenage kids. The kangaroos each evening in the block next door were great to see. The property was a great base for us to explore the Island and not far from Kingscote to restock supplies.

The property needs to have a good sweep outside for cobwebs and also pest control. There was a major bug infestation of earwigs and on the last night, I got eaten alive despite not leaving doors open. For the money we paid, I expected a bit more.
