About this cottage rental
Welcome!
My place is for two adults only. It's a few minutes from the beach, between Biloxi and Long Beach. It's close to the boat launch, the casinos, downtown, museums, aquarium, coliseum, airport, and most military bases. The house was constructed in the early 60's, and it has a grandma's warmth and looks It offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed,, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a spacious living/dining room area, a porch, and a deck that will make you feel cozy and totally at home.
Please, check out the pictures. If you are looking for a modern/fancy look, my house is not for you. At the end of your visit, I want to be rated on the cleanliness of my place when you arrived, my willingness to solve any issue that you might have encountered, the accuracy of my depiction of the house, and my hospitality, instead on your wishing that my house looked like a modern hotel.
If you are searching for a peaceful place to get away from the rest of the world and its noise, my house is for you (no TV in the bedroom, and not basic channels in the living room TV, only Fire TV). If you work remotely and want quiet, my place is ideal for you. If you want some extra quality/ alone time with your loved one to enjoy each other, my place is exactly what you need. Long stays? Perfect!
HOUSE RULES
There are rules you must agree to before requesting a booking:
No smoking. No pets/animals due to health issues. You must provide your full name and the name of the person coming with you, and proof that you are over 21 years of age.No parties or events. No overnight visiting friends. If you are having visitors, the total number of people in the property cannot exceed 4, otherwise the visit will be considered an event. No children are permitted in the house. You have to leave the house reasonably clean and tidy. Avoid any stains on the sofa and furniture. Do your best to put things back where you found them. When ready to leave, collect on the laundry room floor all the linens and towels you used.
I appreciate your effort to leave the house clean.

Warning: Branches, twigs, and leaves can fall off the trees in the property. I advise you to park on the street if you want to avoid any scratches or damage to your vehicle.

My son & I stayed here when he had a golf tournament nearby. The host was exceptional. She kept in touch & was very helpful. The house had plenty of snacks and was very clean. It was near Surf-Style and the beach as well as fast food and Dollar General. I would recommended and would stay therr again given the opportunity.

Carmen was an excellent host, any questions or issues I had she was always available and ready to help. The home is very comfy and in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and downtown. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
