This place is perfect for a family trip or friends' getaway. The home is spacious with 4 bedrooms, a living room, a family room, a large kitchen with a dining area, and a huge deck. Located on a tranquil private road, this water-front home has a breath-taking view of Mt. Rainier and Eld Inlet. 12-minutes to the shopping center with groceries, restaurants, and other stores.
The space
Welcome to the stunning, magnificent waterfront home! This tranquil home features a three bedroom three full bathrooms and an enormous deck sits right on Eld Inlet. This home has a panel of windows that you can see across the salt water all the way to Mt. Rainier! You can enjoy this calming natural scene from the kitchen, breakfast nook, family room and dining room. This is perfect for your family trip, weekend getaway, vacation or remote work paradise.
The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, storage and updated appliances. The breakfast nook seats four, with room for two more at the kitchen island. The formal dining room seats eight with elegant dining table sets. You may stream your favorite shows and get cozy in the family room in front of the gas fireplace. There's another formal living room adjacent to the dining room, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and it’s a great corner for more private conversations. The 2nd-floor features a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a luxury bathroom with jacuzzi tub and balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds and the 3rd one features a twin bunk bed which is perfect for two kids. There is another full bathroom on the 2nd floor. It is a perfect place if you are looking for a breathtaking view, serenity, and seclusion.
For those who may need to work remotely, there is a desk set up in the kitchen. When you feel adventurous, Frye Cove County Park is just half a mile away! Or if you want to try your luck, Casino is just 11 miles away. Downtown Olympia is 14 miles away if you feel like venturing out a bit more. Whether you feel like sitting back and just enjoying the ocean view beach house all day or exploring the beautiful natural environment of Olympia, you would not want to miss this rare and one of a kind ocean front home.
