Villa with a private pool and game room, near Disney and Universal

Welcome to our newly renovated, family-friendly home near the theme parks and attractions—perfect for your Florida vacation. We’re less than a 25-minute drive from the Walt Disney World area, and after a day out, you can park off the street on our private driveway.
Relax by the pool, which can be heated for a fee (especially between October and March), or enjoy the bubbles in the outdoor spa. The spa can also be heated for a fee if you need to soothe tired legs after walking around Disney or any of the attractions all day.

We have a patio table and chairs for our guests’ convenience, and the patio doors from the pool deck lead into the kitchen-dining area and family lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, plus an electric kettle, coffee maker, and ice maker. There is a family lounge with a large TV, a second sitting room, and a formal dining table and chairs. We provide a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags to get you started.
Towels and bedding are provided.
There is a hair dryer in each bathroom, along with complimentary starter toiletries, soap, and toilet paper.
The utility area next to the garage has a washer and dryer for laundry and a downstairs powder room with a sink, which also leads to the pool deck.
The bonus room is the recently converted game room, which features a pool table, a dart machine, and a basketball net/game. In addition, there’s a wall-mounted TV in case there’s a big game you need to watch! For teenagers—just head to the bonus area upstairs to use the Xbox and controller for the avid gamer. Share the sofa and enjoy your own space.
The bedrooms are all on the upper floor and consist of 1 king-size, 1 queen-size, and 2 twin bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, a tub, a walk-in shower, and a toilet, leading to a walk-in closet for luggage and ample hanging space for your clothes.
The second bathroom is shared and features twin vanity sinks, a combination tub/shower, and a toilet.
All homes are pet-free and non-smoking, so please observe these rules and have a safe & happy vacation.

Pool heating is available as an optional extra for $30.00 per day.
Pool heating info: The standard temperature for heated pool water is between 80 & 85°F. The pool will not be heated to a temperature higher than 85°F. Please note that electric pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature drops very low. If there is a mechanical failure of the pool heater during your stay and the pool cannot be heated to the required range, you will be refunded the pool heat fee for the remainder of your stay or until it is working again (whichever is shorter). This is the sole extent of our liability; no other refunds will be issued. Please note that the pool heater turns off automatically at night and turns on automatically in the morning.
