Good location

Taxi couldn’t take us inside the complex - poor lighting made it hard to find our apartment.

Me encantó todo. El silencio para descansar, la limpieza, la terraza para comer tranquilamente. Pensaba que iba a estar más lleno a finales de agosto y estaba súper tranquilas las instalaciones (piscina…). Puedes meter el coche dentro y está todo a la mano. Y lo mejor, el trato con Jeny para todo, cercana, servicial y flexible.

Por decir una pega (que es algo totalmente personal), es que al no haber aire acondicionado, dormíamos con la ventana abierta y con la claridad me costaba mantener el sueño. Pero todo, en general, fantástico.

The area - Costa Teguise is very nice.

It felt cold inside the property (it was 13-18 degrees one January weekend), as the curtains were very thin and there was no heating. We didn't like the layout of the house - there was barely any kitchen space to prepare anything. The woman (owner?) sent us a message asking what time our return flight was - we replied immediately and also asked what time check out was (as on the website it said 9am, which is a bit of an unreasonable time) and she ignored us. We thought it was a bit pathetic that she messaged us as in pretending to be friendly and helpful but then when we asked a question she just ignored us.
