Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Ebenfalls ist es vom Standort der Unterkunft fußläufig zum Kap Arkona zu gelangen (ca. 20 Minuten).
Es ist etwas hellhörig im Haus.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Innen war alles sehr sauber und recht neu. Es gibt eine Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion und eine Infrarotsauna. Im Ort selber war es am Sonntagabend schwierig etwas zum Essen zu bekommen, da Vorsaison. Der Pub ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Er wird von einem netten jungen Paar bewirtschaftet und es ist doch wirklich sehr gemütlich, empfehlenswert.
Die Terrassenmöbel ( bis auf den Strandkorb) wirkten sehr ungepflegt , vermutlich weil diese stets der Witterung ausgesetzt sind. Es gab keine Auflagen. Wir wollten diese daher lieber nicht nutzen.
