Award winning Championship 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, The Bahama Bar & the NEW Barrel, House Bistro which offers lunch, dinner and cocktails, the amenities center which includes a beautiful resort pool that offers cabanas, lap pool, spa, fitness center, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, 14 miles of walking/bike trails and the full-time activities director. There are so many activities planned for everyone.
TRANSFERABLE SOCIAL & GOLF MEMBERSHIP: For renters we can fully transfer the social and golf membership. If not a golfer, then there is so much offered with the social membership too. Conveniently located in North Naples approximately 2.75 miles east of I-75 on Immokalee Road and includes approximately 1,798 acres, 1,000 of which are natural preserves, wetlands as well as over 170 acres of lakes. Esplanade Golf and Country Club is located just minutes from many beautiful Gulf beaches, parks, museums, entertainment, and downtown 5th Avenue. Florida SW Airport is a short 20-minute drive too.

30% due at time of booking
30% due 150 days prior to arrival (5 months)
40% final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival (2 months)
Cancellation: While listed in VRBO that there is NO Cancellation we do have a cancellation policy as follows:
1. Cancellation by Renter
No cancellations are allowed for your dates. With the exception for RENTAL BOOKINGS if you should have to cancel due to a medical or incident outside your control we will work with you on your cancellation under these terms. In the event of a cancellation, Property Owner/PPCS will market the Property and use their reasonable best efforts to secure another Renter for the Rental Period. We request that the Renter (s) also take an active role in securing leads for a possible renter. If such efforts are successful, Renter acknowledges that the new rental Agreement may be of equal, greater, or lesser value than the original Agreement value. If the new rental Agreement value is equal to or greater than the original Agreement value, then Property Owner will forthwith refund 100% of the Renter’s Rent and Taxes (less any amounts already refunded). If the new rental Agreement value is less than the original Agreement value, then Property Owner will forthwith refund Renter up to the value of the new Agreement (less any amounts already refunded). In the event of a rebooking, Renter will be responsible for a $500 cancellation/rebooking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The home is beautiful and delightfully appointed with amenities supporting all your needs. The property manager is exceptional in communication and support throughout the stay. The community is wonderful with ample entertainment options, relational staff, and high-level service. A top choice!
