About this house rental
The ultimate in luxury and privacy in The Estates of Naples. This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house encompasses a total 5000 sf under roof. A custom built south Florida masterpiece is the perfect relaxing retreat for you and your family that exudes the feeling of being in an elite resort. Nestled privately within 2.5 acres of unspoiled SW Florida nature. Abundantly wrapped in Palm trees and tropical foliage this home feels like you have truly escaped all while being right in the heart Naples within the desirable Golden Gate Estates.
The home is one level with no steps to the front door for those requiring wheelchair accessibility. There is a large two garage on one side of the house and also a single car garage, (both of the garages have five steps.)
The open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas all have sliding glass doors that open up to afford beautiful views of the outdoor living area. A spa like courtyard awaits with tranquil water fountains, cozy outdoor furnishings and saltwater pool complete with color changing LED lights at night. For alfresco dinning there is a professional 60" vent hood in the outdoor living area for the grilling chef in your family.
Chefs Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious home cooked meals. Kitchen Aid appliances, blanco granite sink, Induction stove top, and a Keurig coffee maker and massive 10 foot Island all waiting to make your day just a little bit easier. Master suite is a large retreat with king bed, sitting area, his and hers closets, clawfoot bathtub, large marble shower with two different shower heads including a powerful rain head, a perfect to pamper yourself at the beginning or the end of your day.

The "Casita" is connected to the main house but with a separate entrance for privacy. French doors on the back of the room open to the pool deck and outdoor living areas. This separate suite features a California King bed, full bathroom with walk-in stone shower and separate A/C unit.

Queen bed, closet, dresser, with full ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 4.
Full bed, closet, dresser with mirror, and full ensuite bath.

We had a lovely week at the Little Monastery. The house is spacious and beautiful, and the kitchen is especially pretty. Paul was responsive to our questions and requests, purchasing a shower chair for my mother and immediately calling for service for the heating unit when we needed it. The outside patio and pool area is comfortable and attractive - sadly, it was too chilly to swim when we were there, but we loved looking at it! Overall, we recommend the house, which is nestled in lush landscaping and is well-situated for day trips all over the area!

Beautiful home , clean and great location . This home was exactly what we needed , everything in the house very high end .. appliances, bedding!! I would just add one thing - kitchen just needs more appliances, like toaster .. but that’s all .

Positives:
Room Convenience: The design where every room has an attached bathroom was a significant plus, ensuring privacy and ease for all guests.
Outdoor Space: The outdoor screened-in room by the pool provided a lovely, bug-free environment to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Kitchen Layout: The kitchen was well laid out for large groups, making meal preparation and socializing seamless and enjoyable.
Privacy: The property offered a sense of seclusion and privacy, which was highly valued during our stay.
Host Responsiveness: We were particularly thankful for the host accommodating our request for a grill, which enhanced our outdoor dining experience.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the house upon arrival was notable and greatly appreciated, making us feel comfortable and well-cared for.
Negatives:
Pool: The only downside was the lack of a heated pool, which would have been a welcome feature for cooler days or evenings.
Could Be Better:
Kitchen Stocking: While not a dealbreaker, stocking the kitchen with some general essentials (e.g., spices, cooking oil) for out-of-town guests could add a thoughtful touch, making the stay even more convenient and welcoming.

Even though there was not a lot of time to find a place to stay due to the impending hurricane, luckily we came across this wonderful property that provided us an absolutely great place to stay. It was clean with high end finishes. The layout and overall privacy was second to none. The house is furnished with great furniture to make even the most fussy person comfortable. If you are looking for a place that provides comfort and privacy. While being close enough to everything to do in SW FL, this is your place. Thank you Paul for all your help.
