Spacious, comfortable and centrally located, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath Mammoth
Lakes condo is an ideal home base for families and groups looking to enjoy
everything Mammoth has to offer. With accommodations for up to 10 guests,
plenty of room to spread out. With shopping, dining, entertainment and
recreation just a short walk away, you can park the car and settle into your
mountain getaway. The bright and inviting main living area features vaulted
ceilings and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, the perfect place to gather after
a day on the mountain. Relax together in the comfortable living room, prepare
meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the large dining table
for family dinners and game nights. Step outside onto the spacious private
deck, complete with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ for grilling in the fresh
mountain air. The flexible four-bedroom layout provides plenty of space and
privacy for larger groups. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed,
TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and large vanity.
Downstairs, a second king bedroom features a walk-in closet and flatscreen TV.
The third bedroom offers a queen bed plus an additional twin bed and TV, while
the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with two twin-
over-twin bunk beds, providing four twin beds in total. The three lower-level
bedrooms have convenient access to two shared full bathrooms, both with
tub/shower combos. Thoughtful amenities make longer stays especially
comfortable, including a private washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, an
outdoor ski locker and a mudroom with space to store your skis, snowboards,
boots, and other mountain gear. The central location makes getting around

Perfect location in town but with trees all around. The house was so well equipped, from the kitchen to the bath.. everything you need. Comfy Cozy lovely

The condo was nice and comfortable! We have stayed in this unit a few times before. Only two small complaints. The door key did not work very well. The deadbolt was tough to lock and unlock. The foam topper in the master bedroom was misshaped and sloped to the middle of the bed. Otherwise, the condo was clean and all the amenities worked well.
