Modern Leeds Apartment Free Parking Near Hospital & Arena

We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. It’s also in a really quiet area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We were visiting Leeds for an event at the First Direct Arena, and the location was really convenient — only around a 5-minute Uber ride away. The apartment itself was great. The living room was spacious and cosy, making it a really nice place to relax, and having a fully functional kitchen area was a big bonus and made the stay feel more like home. The little touches from the host really made a difference. Arriving to find fresh towels neatly placed on the bed, along with some chocolate and crisps, was such a lovely welcome. Getting into the apartment was really easy too. The owner sent us the door code while we were on our way, so everything was completely straightforward from arrival. Honestly, we couldn’t believe the price for what was provided. The apartment, location, cleanliness and little extras were all fantastic value for money. We’d happily stay here again when we’re back in Leeds!

wifi was quite slow , ee signal not great in this location so would recommend an upgrade but apart from that absolutely nothing wrong with this apartment !

Very comfortable bed, really well kept and clean throughout. A nice personal welcome on the bed when I arrived. A short walk to the first direct arena and the town. Very good communication.

Very clean and well equipped.

Couldn’t get normal tv channels to work. Didn’t like the external door into the bedroom. Also the bedroom was very dark - dark brown walls and slate grey linen, it could have been a lot brighter. Also didn’t expect to have to strip the bed before leaving or not be able to use the washing machine - unless staying for more than 14 nights !! The property states it has a washing machine for use.

Had everything you need for your stay.

It stated that you had your own space which you do. However there is an apartment upstairs that you use the same entrance which was not mentioned.Being a solo traveller I felt uncomfortable about it. Would have liked to use the washing machine only for 14 days stay.
