GuestReady - Vibrant et confortable à Montparnasse

Emplacement impeccable en face de la gare et des métros. Appartement très spacieux et très beau, très bien équipé, idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Bailleur très accessible par message.

Récupération et restitution des clés pas pratique du tout, cela se fait à 10 mn à pied de l'appartement mais avec des valises..... Absolument pas de réception comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Propreté toute relative des placards. Obligé de télécharger un tuto pour arriver à faire fonctionner les chauffages. Bar restaurant en bas de l'immeuble, bruits très forts (cris, rires) jusqu'à très tard, l'appartement étant au 3e étage et les clients du restaurant dans une cour intérieure entre les murs, le bruit montant est vraiment très dérangeant.

L’emplacement car proche de la Gare Montparnasse. Appartement calme et grand .

L’eau de la douche qui avait dû à évacuer . Pour récupérer et rendre les clés ce n’était pas évident car on avait des valises .

Great location

Picking up the keys in the shop and walking 11 minutes with our luggage.

We liked that there was a lift to the third floor because the stairs were very narrow. We loved the lounge chairs and that living area was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too. We loved the way that the host responded so quickly with help when we asked for it.

The apartment is self-catering and yet there was no toaster or kettle in the kitchen. There were no instruction booklets to tell how to operate the heating, the TV, the oven/cooker. The locking and unlocking of the front door was complicated and difficult to do. We were charged an extra Euro 20 by our taxi to make two stops when we arrived because we had to get the key from one address and then go to the apartment address. It would be better if the keys could be picked up from a place on Avenue du Maine, or a locked key box system could be used. The apartment wasn't very clean because there were dead flowers in a vase on the mantle above the fireplace. (My husband threw them in the bin as they had a horrible smell.) The rug under the dining table was dirty - old crumbs from food and dust.
