Lokalizacja! Bliskość marketu, wysokość piętra (1), winda, wyposażenie mieszkania (szczególnie kuchni), czystość, zadbany prysznic, zmywarka, zadbane wyposazenie, dokładna instrukcja obsługi zameldowania, lokalizacji itd.
Troche mało intuicyjne wejście do mieszkania z sejfem, troszke chłodno w mieszkaniu mimo grzejników, kiepski dostęp do kosza na śmieci pod zlewem, mala liczba wieszaków na ubrania, jedna płytka podłogowa jest trochę uszkodzona.
