When reviewing this accommodation, it really depends on the number of guests; if there are just the two of you, it’s absolutely brilliant. The flat is actually a bit on the small side, but it has a fully-equipped kitchen and a bedroom all in one room. The kitchen is quite well-equipped. The bathroom is very nice. Overall, whilst it’s a smaller flat, the space is well utilised and, if there are just the two of you, you’ll feel as though you’re in a superior hotel room. The best thing about the accommodation is that it’s in a modern building with a lovely view of the city. There’s also a small balcony. The parking is great because a garage space is included in the price. The garage is very accessible, even for slightly larger cars. Key collection is also straightforward. All in all, it’s a cosy flat in a good location; in my opinion, it makes more sense than heading right into the city centre and struggling with parking – you can get to the centre cheaply and quickly too. And on a high floor, it’s actually quite peaceful; despite there being a fairly busy road right outside the building, it was quite quiet. The blackout blinds are great too. Note: be sure to try the restaurants below the building; the one closer to the road is particularly good. Next to the building, you’ll find a brilliant bakery, two restaurants, a ‘Žabka’ (grocery shop) and a small fruit and veg stall. Access to the city centre is very good; there’s a tram stop right outside the building, and a taxi ride into town takes just a few minutes at reasonable prices.

I’d give a lower rating if I were reviewing the accommodation for more than two guests, as you’d then have to sleep on a sofa bed, which isn’t particularly comfortable. What’s more, the flat is quite small for more than two people – don’t expect much space. However, I want to be generous, so I’m giving the same rating as for two guests :) I just wanted to provide some objective information for our various guests. That said, I can’t fault the flat itself for any faults or anything else, and it’s good value for money.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the radiator in the bathroom wasn't working. With those fixed, it would be perfect!

Very clean and comfy room, perfect bed, very nice bathroom. Big plus is a nice kitchen with all supplies. Parking space is a highlight too!
