The living room furniture needs replacement. Very uncomfortable to sit in and very hard to get up from.

First let me say this is the first condo I've stayed in @ the Orange Beach area (stayed in many) that the floors were actually clean and your feet didn't stick to it on arrival, the view out patio was lovely, & beds were comfortable. Furnishing/Decor bland boring two swivel chairs in living room were well worn but comfy, mix matched coffee/ end tables in living, bar stools seemed new but were very uncomfortable. Noise from helicopter pad near by very annoying while on patio, & sounds from roof woke us up several times in the night, and no it wasn't the ice maker. The master bath toilet area had large mold issues on baseboard. Made the most of it regardless but I will not stay in this condo again.
