Caribe D-0404 is a beautifully redecorated three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 4th floor, offering serene backwater views overlooking Bird and Robinson Islands. This peaceful retreat blends calm coastal waters with vibrant sunsets, while guests can indulge in resort-style amenities, including five exclusive cabanas, and enjoy leisurely mornings with freshly brewed coffee at the upscale Cobalt Coffee & Café.
• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Tile flooring and brand-new laminate flooring are featured throughout the unit.
• The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you could need and a dining table that seats six, four barstools for additional seating, and a wet bar with an ice maker.
• A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The third bedroom features two full-size beds.
• Boat slips are available for guest use:
– $50 + tax/day for boats 23 ft and under
– $65 + tax/day for boats 24 ft and over
– Boat trailer parking: $25 + tax/day
Registration and proof of insurance must be provided at the front desk. Fees are paid directly to Caribe Resort and are subject to change without notice.
• Five fully furnished cabanas—each featuring a sectional couch, coffee table, mini-fridge, smart TV, two lounge chairs, and wall outlets with USB ports—are available for rent. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Maximum occupancy: 10. Rates vary by availability and season.
• A maximum of two cars is allowed.

Condo was perfect for our family beach vacation! Beautifully decorated, cleaned, and had everything we needed! Itrip was wonderful and responsive to all our questions! They even called the day after check in to make sure everything was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything. Will 100% book with them again

Me and my party enjoyed our stay at this unit. Everything looked exactly as it did on the picture. Great view of the Marina. The key pick-up location can be confusing, but the host responded immediately with any questions. Had a minor housekeeping issue but overall a great stay and would recommend for others.

The mattress in the master bedroom is completely worn out and this the worst mattress I have ever slept on. This needs immediate attention. I will not book this room Again unless I know the mattress had been replaced with a new one.
