About this house rental
Come stay at our newly renovated townhouse just a few steps from the beach. Also in walking distance you will find some of the best beachfront restaurants, water sports, and much more. This new listing has been renovated with a modern touch on the interior, featuring beautiful white marble counter tops, top of the line appliances, new flooring, and very comfy furniture. Enjoy the outdoor grill and dining area which are completely fenced in. We look forward to hosting you!

The location of this house was stellar and the unit was as listed. Communication from the host was excellent and he was very flexible when we needed an early check-in. We came without a car and everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach is super close, less than 1 block away, and a coffee shop and restaurants were also a short stroll down the road. The closest full-sized grocery store is a half-mile walk over the bridge. The house is spacious and the downstairs has been updated and is clean and well appointed with dishes and comfy living room furniture. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathrooms are in need of an update and deep bleach cleaning, but they were functional for our needs. The front bedroom was a little noisy from road traffic, but a good sound machine or earplugs does the trick. Great price point for the fabulous location.

This was a wonderful place to stay. A block from the beach, great place to go for a walk up the block (Briny street), easy walk to restaurants including Briny Irish Pub. The unit was well stocked with everything you might need. Would definitely come back again.
