About this house rental
This house was made for large groups!
Upstairs enjoy the fully renovated kitchen stocked with everything you would need to create a multi course meal. If grilling is your thing, don't worry, there is a propane grill just outside. Clean up is a breeze with the new dishwasher and extra large sink. Who doesn't like options? Choose between dining alfresco on the string lit porch, the breakfast nook with cozy bench seat or the formal dining room that seats up to 8.
Take a load off on the large sectional in the living room while catching a movie on the 65" Roku TV, or in one of the 4 bedrooms with all their own TVs. Everyone can't decide what to watch, down stairs you'll find another living room, and in the game room a comfy leather couch.
The ultimate stay-cation!
You won't even need to leave the property to find something fun to do. Take a dip in the pool and get a little sun in the lounge chairs on the deck. Hangout pool side in the cabana our fitted with lights and a fan. At night warm up in the hot tub or, next to the smokeless fire pit just beyond the pool level.
For some fun in the AC check out the game room! Like stepping into your favorite cozy bar, you'll find dark wood floors and a cool atmosphere. Ping pong, foosball, digital game table, dart board, poker table, as well as an ice maker under the newly constructed bar. Who needs to go out anyway?
With an almost never ending list of things to do we hope this house will be everything you need for your next family holiday or for just a quick get away.

Beautiful home.everything you could need is provided by the host which we were so very thankful for.The outside deck is wonderful and so large. We sat out there and enjoyed the view of passing trains and could hear the creek behind the house as we sat outside watching the kiddos swim. This house was Large enough to host 13 of us and never felt like we were piled on top of each other. Plenty of room! The front “livingroom” & dining room wasn’t even used at all! The house/furniture had a few wear and tear normal things ,like the downstairs spa room door wasn’t on the sliding track hinges but nothing major. The house was a perfect hosting space for a large group. We played poker in the gameroom every night we were there. We did have to add water to the pool for the kids to swim which wasn’t a big deal because they had a water hose nearby. And the grass is really high. But there has been a lot of rain lately so that’s understandable as well. The hot tub needed a good cleaning. There was a floating funky looking film on top of the water. So I passed on using it.

Excellent home. Comfortable with a great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and lots of amenities. Conveniently located. Only wish they would update their washtowels.
