About this house rental
The cabin:
Spacious (120 m²) with room for both adults and children:
4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs)
Cozy living room with fireplace
Solar-powered lighting and phone charging
Gas stove and fridge
Facilities include:
Manual pump shower
Washbasin
Separate biological toilet
Water is collected from a nearby lake, and we provide fresh drinking water (refilled as needed).

Barbecue area
Hammocks for relaxing afternoons
Trampoline and plenty of space for play and activities

Freshwater fishing in the lake just steps away

10 ft boat (lake)
13 ft boat with 5 hp motor (fjord)

Berry and mushroom picking in late summer/autumn

We had a wonderful time at Roy and Berit‘s cottage, that actually isn‘t. Better description would be lovely boutique hideaway! Right by a lake, close to the Fjord one can have all you need for a quiet vacation only with stress and adventure if you really seek for it. Only to be recommended. Berit and Roy are very nice and helpful hosts with a Good hand for what their guests need. Thanks so much for having us!

It's not just a holiday home. It's a place Roy and Berit build themselves (literally) and originally for their own family use. Cottage is very well designed, extremely comfortable and full of good vibes. It gives guests fantastic opportunity to slow down and enjoy world without hustle and bustle of everyday urban life. Highly recommended!
