Stunning Apartment La Cala de Mijas - Walking Distance to the Beach and Town - Pool Open

The host met us at the apartment and was lovely, she explained where things were kept etc. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It was exceptionally clean, even all of the glasses and plates in the cupboards were spotless. The bed in the main bedroom is huge and so comfy. The ceiling fans were an absolute life saver and meant we didn’t need the aircon on at night as the apartment stayed nice and cool. I was blown away by all of the small details, things like the quality of the towels. They have thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is a bit of a hill but it only takes around 1 minute to walk up. About 5-10 minutes walk into the town centre all together. If it’s really hot and you really can’t be bothered with the hill during the day then it’s only €5 in a taxi from the taxi rank in the centre. The pool area is beautiful and well kept. There were a couple of busy days but it seemed to fluctuate as we had a few days almost with the pool to ourselves. We will definitely be considering this apartment again for next year!

I’ve sat here for a while trying to think of something to say for constructive feedback but i genuinely can’t think of anything we didn’t like or anything they could improve on. It was perfect!

Soo comfortable.. best bed we’d ever slept in! The apartment was beautiful.. tastefully decorated. The complex felt very safe and the pool area was an absolute delight. Communication from Glen and Amanda was excellent.

Everything! It was super clean, tidy, had everything you could possibly need including lovely soft towels. Delightful.

Hosts lovely !! Very friendly and helpful. Apartment was beautiful. They had thought of everything! Having some staples in the cupboard was very useful and much appreciated.

The main pool was closed which was a disappointment as it was unsightly and the main reason we booked this particular apartment. We decided against a hire car this year but you have a fairly steep 5 min climb from the supermarkets at the bottom of the road so this would need to be considered if you had kids or older people in your party. With a car this wouldn't be a problem and it's a lovely quiet area too.
