Nice location, easy to access, great breakfast restaurant next door, close to BinniBus public bus stops, excellent value for money, the wifi works well

Cozy and affordable little apartment perfect for a week in Oaxaca

Cozy little apartment that had what we needed. It was about 20 minutes walk from the Zocalo, but really was convenient and we didn't mind the walks. There are some nice places to eat in the area and there's a little eatery around the corner and a shop across from there to get basics. The host was super attentive to all of our questions and requests. Even though it was small, the room had plenty of space for our stuff (lots of cabinets & shelves) as well as a coffeemaker with coffee & real sugar, a mini refrigerator, dishes, and a little desk plus a large TV. It was a safe neighborhood and convenient to just about everything we needed. There was an AC but we didn't need it, although we used the ceiling fan a few nights. The separate bathroom had a walk-in shower and shelves for our toiletries.

It would have been helpful to have more hooks to hang up towels, clothes, etc. The outlet behind the bed didn't hold my plug very tightly but as long as I didn't bump it, it worked fine. Occasionally a loud vehicle would pass or a dog barked, but it was mostly quiet and residential.

Night mare !!! Terrible!!! Don’t rent this room you will be so disappoint like me !!

The rooms is so small that you hardly walk around it the rooms is tidy feet’s of the street !! Very noisy the owners live on back and you hear all the time noice no towels and if you ask for change towels they charge you !! That’s so bad !! I stay for 4 nights and only 2 towels ?!!!! I have to ask and pay for another 2 towels to be change ! Ridiculous! The bad the mattress is terrible fills under like balls !! This place should be explained on booking exactly how this is once you open the door it’s right there the bad it’s just on sidewalk !!! we couldn’t sleep one night you hear every single car that pas people talking dogs barking it was terrible 😣 please people has to know all this before renting this cage because it’s horrible!!!

Great value for money!

The privacy with own entrance. Only a short walk from the centre. It's clean and there were water, coffee and snacks at the bar, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Decent wi-fi.

There is only small windows to the garage so it can get a bit hot during the day. There was a small leak in the toilet when it was raining hard.

A comfortable sleep away from Centro

Attentive staff and comfortable bed

The location in regards to I’m guessing the owners garage/workshop the small window faced into. Not really a feeling of privacy and very little natural light. the shower also ran out of hot water but it was manageable.

Great valued chill out spot!

The property was a great little room suitable for a single person or a couple. The bed was comfy, shower and bathroom nice and there’s a smart tv, fridge and some simple things like bowls to eat from. Been able to make breakfast and a coffee when we woke up in the morning was lovely! There’s also plenty of storage to unpack your things and a couple of shops and cafes close by to grab some snacks.

The location is a little far from the centre. It didn’t bother us too much as it’s really simple to get there (20 minutes walking down 1 street) and there’s a couple of nice cafes en route to grab a coffee for the walk too. But in an evening when it had cooled down, got dark and we’d been out all day we’d feel safer/better get a taxi back but again really easy and pretty cheap at costing around 60 pesos.
