Amazing view from the room and it was a nice break away from the city. Breakfast was delicious, as well as dinner since we ate at Desa Oculus eatery.
None - only challenge initially was making booking directly through the Desa Oculus website but payment just wouldn't go through and had to book via booking.com which was 1,000,000 rupiah more.

The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The highlight was the breathtaking view of Mount Agung, Mount Abang, and Mount Batur, which made waking up each morning a truly memorable experience. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
Very little to dislike. If I had to mention one thing, the access road can be a bit challenging for first-time visitors, but it is well worth the journey once you arrive.

The view at mt. Batur and the lake was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and clean, the food in the restaurant was also great.
There's no elevator so we left the heavy suitcases in the car and took only the bags we really needed. But personell is very helpful in taking the suitcases to your room for you.
