Location is great. Garage to keep our vehicle. Nice little area in back for our dog.
The king size bed really should be changed out. It’s obviously past it’s lifespan.

The constant smell of trash cans immediately upon entering the apartment. The neighbors apartment ruins the view, fully loaded the trash. The backyard could be better (not comfortable).

The fact that it is pet friendly & it's location having restaurants, stores & the beach about walking distances.
We've arrived an hour early assuming everything was ready but it turns out they were just starting to clean so we long waited just so they can get their car out of the way to park our vehicles, the rental agent came pretty late also to inspect the booking before we enter (although we long been there) the price point isnt quite justified & its main selling point its just pet friendly and walkable distances.
