Location is great. Garage to keep our vehicle. Nice little area in back for our dog.
The king size bed really should be changed out. It’s obviously past it’s lifespan.

The constant smell of trash cans immediately upon entering the apartment. The neighbors apartment ruins the view, fully loaded the trash. The backyard could be better (not comfortable).

The access to the Beach
Coffee pot broke. Property needs better address markings. Garage door opener on inside was broken. All three televisions didn’t work. Hot tub had been taken out and didn’t tell me until I was on my way there. Getting in and out was hard due to restaurant being so close.
