This recently remodeled condo is located steps from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, picnic area, and fitness room, and just a quick tram ride away from the sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our charming 2BR-2BA condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, a furnished balcony and a “lock-off” studio, perfect for vacationing with friends or teens! The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze and offers everything you need to whip up a snack or prepare a gourmet meal. The living area offers access to the furnished balcony and is thoughtfully designed with a cozy sectional sofa, designed to expand into a comfortable sleeping area.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and offers a beautifully updated full bathroom with dual vanities, an additional makeup vanity, and a walk-in shower. The spacious “lock-off” studio is complete with two cozy queen beds, a kitchenette, an adjoining bath, and a doorway that connects to the main condo.
For added convenience, our condo is located near the elevator and offers a stackable washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Beautiful condo, nicely renovated. Great location on site to pool and shops/restaurants. Provided ample toiletries and paper products for the week. Check in and info provided was well detailed. Would stay again.

Clean, quiet and decorated in a beach decor.Did experience a minor issue with toilet running intermittently in the master bath and sofa had some watermark type staining.
