In the district of Bašanija 6 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 300 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises.
