The building staff are very good and the general property well run. The swimming pool and gym were a good standard and cleaned. Swimming pool is closed Mondays. Location was good. We had good sleeps. A very good restaurant nearby called The Healthy Kitchen which we primarily ate out of because the meat sections in the nearby supermarkets stunk!
The bathroom floor was very slippery and dangerous, we bought a shower mat for our stay. The air conditioner is level with the bed so we had cold air blowing directly on us. The unit had a washing machine but no clothes airer or anywhere to hang clothes to dry. The owner offered to pick us up from the airport and he quoted what he said was the Grab rate of 800 pesos. We found out 2 days later that the Grab rate was 400 pesos. He ripped his own guests off!
