The nearby SM city area
Everything is fine except studio is not enough space for us both I guess no closet to store clothes & belongings.

Im pleased that its located in the city center, quite accessible to touristic and shopping areas.
It’s a bit small for a family of 4 but it’s still manageable if the kids are small.

I really like the place it’s super clean, the unit is sturdy, and it’s just a stone’s throw away from SM. The 24/7 security gives a strong sense of safety and peace of mind. Overall, the property is very commendable. The owner is courteous and professional, in fact she is just a chat away if you have some concern. It’s definitely a great place to stay.
