The accommodation was exceptional – the kitchen was fully equipped with top-quality appliances, and nothing was missing. Everything was spotlessly clean, the terrace was lovely for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. A special touch was the lemon tree in the yard – we had freshly squeezed lemonade every morning. We truly enjoyed every moment; it was a phenomenal experience! Niko was an outstanding host – always available and ready to help with anything we needed. We visited all the beaches and tavernas he recommended, and each one was spot on. His hospitality and attention to detail are something you rarely find these days.

Nothing to complain about – just small notes: the house fits two families, but has one parking spot (easy to park another car nearby). One bedroom is smaller and uses a hallway wardrobe, but there’s enough storage space overall.

We had a wonderful time in this cozy house in Kato Kavouri, where we felt at home thanks to the attention to detail and the facilities available. Nikos was very kind and helpful, giving us useful tips and making sure we felt comfortable. The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach. You will need a car to explore the area, shop or eat in town, which was not a problem for us. Thank you Niko, for a wonderful stay, we will definitely book again next time we visit the Peloponnese.
