The apartment seems to be freshly renovated, on the top floor (3rd) of a kind of codo/block of flats. Clean but a bit smelly (identified some pillows which have been recently washed maybe) . The owner left also some "welcome" products in the fridge and on the table. There are plenty of parking lots in the vicinity. Kind owner, decent command of English, a good alternative to other acomodation types for 1 overnightstaying/transit. Nice, big balcony offeres a good view. In spite of some drawbacks, we had a pleasant stay and, more important after driving hundreds of km, it was very quiet.
City center is about 2.5-3 km away, there are no decent dining possibilities in the neighborhood (a kind of Take away Pita&Pizza, a bar). Dark neighbourhood, difficult to get around. No elevator, carrying heavy luggage to the 3rd floor can be challenging, block of flat must be cca 50 years old, not very properly maintained. The 2 bedrooms are very small, difficult to get around the beds, the rest of the apartment has a good design and size. Unfortunatelly, during the renovation works, the interior doors have not been changed/replaced (same age as the block), and open/close with difficulty, contrary to the apartment entrance door.
