יוסף איש הקשר מאד לבבי, קשוב, ענה מייד לכל שאלה, הדירה גדולה מרווחת, מצוידת בכל מה שצריך הן במטבח והן בשאר החללים. מקום חניה מאד קרוב הדירה על הנהר נוף יפיפה.
האמבטיה הגדולה מיותרת , אני הייתי מעדיפה מקלחון, אפשרי עוד ספה או כורסה נוחה לישיבה בסלון. העיצוב מיושן וריקני, הדירה ממוקמת במקום מרהיב עם נוף, נוחה מאובזרת אם רק הייתה יותר מעוצבת, היא הייתה יכולה להיות אחת הדירות הטובות באירופה.

Location is great. Fantastic view. Super clean place! Plenty of extra towels in the bathroom. Have a slipper basket in the hallway (with variety of sizes), which is such a nice touch. Complementary coffee and condiments available. Handler txt response is very fast.
The handler was late for keys handover. Yes, perhaps it was just a 5 minutes, yet this was a 100e stay per night. Mind you this is Slavonski Brod. Building key did not work properly. Instead of being warned by the handler in advance, we found out on the arrival date close to midnight. Next day he said to bring the 'proper key' which never happened. Also, the handler said that the heating has been set to 21 C, which is fine - but over the night the temp went to 18.5 which is not worm for winter stay. The linens were all summer style, let me repeat we came in mid January (this winter is very cold). The utensils such as water heater was old, busted and full of scale. Microwave barely worked, and some of the pans had burned bottom (we tied to make a coffee in the morning). Payment was in cash only - do not have a problem with this, it's just that this info has not been nowhere stated in the offer.
