Appartement bien situé, mobilier et équipements de qualité. Très bonne terrasse ensoleillée le matin et à l'ombre à l'heure du dejeuner. Proche des plages, commences et restaurants. Le propriétaire nous a donné les indications et conseils nécessaires pour un bon séjour.

Nous avons, mes amies et moi, passé un super séjour à Juan les pins dans cet appartement, idéalement situé près du centre-ville et de la plage. Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’appartement. Il est spacieux et bien équipé pour deux personnes. Positif : Emplacement, Nelsa le congierge, Balcon, décoration complète, locateur demande après 2 jours, si tout est OK. Négatif : Aucun Wifi, salle de bains et cuisine ne nécessitent une mise à jour, lit double est étroit, garage est étroit aussi, Écran solaire doit être remplacé. Verdict final : bel appartement avec quelques domaines d’amélioration
