Clean, excellent communication with the host, and the lady that is managing the apartment is doing perfect job. We had a great stay. Location near the beaches and center of Juan Les Pins. If you go by car a garage in the building is a must.

I think the owner should recheck the GPS location in booking because is not accurate.

Spacious apartment for 2, maybe 1 or 2 more. Nice big balcony and everything you might need should be there.

Nothing, we had a WiFi issue but it got sorted pretty quickly.

Everything was great. When I visit the area in the future, I will certainly book the same appartment or at least seriously consider it near the top of my list, since I now know what to expect. Collecting the keys was as planned and very nice communication with the manager via phone and email prior to meeting in person. Good internet connection with all the amenities needed in the appartment present, including towels, bedlinen etc. Tap water was flawless and drinking it was no problem, even for my delicate Slovenian taste of its quality. Very large balcony/terrace was an additional plus. Certainly better stay than in nearby hotels and great value for money.
