Es muy cerca de la playa y de lugares para comer, tiene supermercado cerca. Esta bien equipado con cafetera que incluye cafe.
Tiene un termo de agua caliente que alcanza solo para una ducha. Si son dos o tres personas hay que racionar mucho el agua caliente. Si vas en verano tal vez no es un problema.

contact at location; 2 fully separated beds; very soft mattress; only 1 big bath towel for 2 persons; hot water for shower is barely enough for 1 person; some things need to be repaired (sun shade in the back; coffee maker); minimal sound isolation due to old windows/glass

A very good location, close to Antibes, in the heart of Juan les Pins, 4min walk from railway station. The apt is equipped with everything, beach staff / toys, coffee machine, fully eqauiped kitchen. Very comfortable, two balcons, leaving and sleeping rooms.
