Need new beach chairs in the unit. We brought 1 we used, used one from the closet and the webbing tore when sitting at the beach. I weigh 126 lbs.Other chairs were rusty and a mess from the salt water. My guess is no previous guest hosed them off when leaving the beach. We survived and its a really nice location and great condo.

This place is amazing. The unit was large, comfortable and clean. It had the biggest kitchen I've ever had in a rental which was fully stocked. Two balconies was a nice touch for sure. The entire complex was exceptionally quiet, even during our spring break week. Parking was easy, everything was gated. The beach was spectacular, never got too busy, this unit provided a wagon, sand toys and beach chairs! The pools and hot tubs were also quiet, clean and well appointed with bathrooms and a sauna! I've stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals, this unit and this complex were some of the nicest!

We have stayed here twice now. It’s a great condo for a family and our kids love the bunk beds and ‘their own’ TV.
It’s always clean and the host is very welcoming and communication is great.
It’s a short walk to the beach or pool and the balcony overlooks the nature area behind it.
Overall 10 out of 10 and would recommend to my friends and family.
