The Space:
Built in 1926 with the original foyer staircase intact - everything else tastefully remodeled, including a brand-new bathroom.
A private second-floor unit in a fourplex, so there are stairs up to the door.
Bedroom 1: king bed. Bedroom 2: queen bed.
Open-concept living area with a smart TV and streaming, plus a large family-style dining table.
Fully equipped kitchen: granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, Keurig, toaster, knife set, and cooking basics.
Spacious backyard.
Linens and towels, central heat and AC, complimentary toiletries. Free WiFi.
Free street parking on a quiet street. No permit is provided, so please mind the posted signs. Watch for street cleaning - the home side of the street runs Tuesdays 10am to 12pm, the opposite side Mondays 10am to 12pm.

Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.
The Neighborhood:

This was a wonderful place to stay! My colleague and I were attending a work convention at the nearby convention center. We wanted something quieter, but not too far away. This cozy apartment was perfect for us! We definitely plan on returning.

This was a great place. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. We were pleasantly pleased and will definitely come back!

Overall, this is a good apartment with good amenities. Good setup, modern kitchen. Walkable neighborhood. My main issue was with cleanliness. It just felt like it needed a deep clean / the last round of cleaning was B, especially the bathroom. Also, minor comment, but lots of places on the walls where it had been recently spackled but not repainted; or nails left in the walls from previous pictures; or picture frames with no pictures or the pictures that are in frames when you buy them. This, along with the B on cleaning, gives the impression of not trying super hard.
