About this lodge
Swim, Canoe, hike, and relax with friends and family at Bluewater Lodge, overlooking Bradley Lake and the Kearsarge Mountain Range. The industrial kitchen, dish room, and walk-in fridge makes cooking meals together part of the fun. The rustic dining area seats your whole party at once at 10 farm-style tables and benches. Enjoy games and gathering in the large great room with a stone fireplace and adjacent pool table, or venture out to the spacious deck overlooking the lake to hear the Loons call. You'll rest your head camp-style in one of our 6 bunk rooms (sleeps up to 42) and there's room for two more in the finished bedroom on the main level (full bed). Five and a half bathrooms provide 7 showers and 8 toilets and sinks. Campfires and s'more are a must at the outdoor fire pit, and the large lawn is perfect for lawn games. Take advantage of canoes, kayaks, and related equipment provided at the waterfront. This slice of Heaven on Earth is the perfect place to spend time with your favorite people. For optimal relaxation and privacy, Lodge groups have priority booking option for the nearby Beech Cottage (sleeps 4). Inquire for more information. No bachelor/ bachelorette groups. Bed linens and bath towels not included, but rentals can be arranged.

Huge space with lots of tables, beds, industrial kitchen snd s wall in fridge. We had just 13 people and we were able to spread out and enjoy the space. Beds are no frills, but that was to be expected. Highly recommend for a group that wants great access to nature, an amazing lake, and a big common area to hang out!

Perfect location for our 3- generation family of 25. Everybody loved the space - plenty of room to spread out for meals/games and sleeping quarters. All the twenty-something grandchildren were thrilled to pile into a bunk room together! Plenty of toilets/showers. Kitchen/serving area and industrial dishwasher made meals super easy. Great outdoor space with the deck and lawn, and enjoyed the lake and the kayaks/canoes. Hosts were super helpful and easy to communicate with. Upstairs rooms a little warm on the first night but lots of fans provided and definitely cooled off overnight with windows all opened up. This place was a huge hit for the whole family! Can’t wait to return next year!

Great property with plenty of space for big groups and families. The house had everything we needed to our church group of 40 teenagers and young adults. Communication with the property manager was easy and very clear.Breathtaking views and awesome swimming spot at the beautiful lake.We are definitely looking forward to go back there next summer!
