Cliff House Maine

Property was on a beautiful location and had lovely common areas and great outdoor space with pool etc

The property was a little too far out of town to walk and did not offer any shuttle service.

The location, beautiful view, double king rooms for girls trips.

The check-in staff were dismissive of what we were told by concierge services and didn’t communicate with each other.

We had an ocean front room with a beautiful view! It was very clean The bed was comfortable. The food and drinks were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Food, drinks and staff were amazing. Rooms were very clean and exactly what was expected.

My wife and I specially booked the hotel to spend time in the hot tub, outside, overlooking the ocean. We were informed that the hot tub opened at 9 am. We planned the following morning completely around spending time in the hot tub before checkout. The hot tub was covered in a netting, indicating it was closed. We attempted to find staff over and over again but we're unsuccessful. We walked down every half hour to see if it was open. Which it never did. It might sound stupid, but the whole reason for our trip was to spend time together in the hot tub overlooking the ocean. Extremely disappointing.
