Unreliable and unprofessional accommodation

Shortly after our reservation, the host called to inform us that they had just accepted a larger group and therefore could not accommodate us. A few minutes later, the owner (!) contacted us, stating that a large group had left that morning but the room had not been cleaned due to the absence of housekeeping staff. Approximately fifteen minutes later, the host called again, explaining that he had cleaned the room superficially and that we could come if this was acceptable to us. We eventually agreed on a refund, which, however, we were required to collect in person. This conduct was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this accommodation in any capacity.

A very good place to relax with the family. Great pool and surroundings of the house. Very close to the beach and to the town, restaurants and shops.
No air conditioner in the bedroom. The apartment has one air conditioner in the room with the kitchen, it is very noisy and does not provide cooling in the bedroom.

Exceptional
Very pleasant place, recently renovated and outside of crowdy city. Good location with walking distance to two bays. Pool area very well organized and clean. Very nice staff and helpful when needed.

Très bon accueil, avec petits cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciable. Appartement propre et conforme à la description. Hôtes chaleureux et aux petits soins au moindre de nos besoins. Piscine très agréable, bel emplacement (plages de murter magnifiques). Nous recommandons chaudement! Merci encore à nos hôtes 🙏🏻

Kaffeekapseln, Küchenutensilien wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrollen usw. kostenlos verfügbar. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und Parkkarte für zwei Strände zur kostenfreien Nutzung Grillplatz und Außenküche mit Kühlschrank nutzbar

Die Unterkunft war toll, am besten war der schöne Pool. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Super netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am Hafen
