This is the best value for money
We had a stunning view from the window. The room was very clean. We had a cat with us. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was small, but very good (they bought lactose-free milk especially for us, the barista made the coffee, eggs were served individually upon request in any form). The restaurant was excellent (we dined there every night).

Beautiful place for two couples or a family
Very spacy, beautiful rooms, they even brought us an extra kids bed for our 3yearold. Rooms were clean, had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly. Beaches are distant 400m on the left and 500m on the right side, which is not too far for little kids.
I am a very light sleeper and was bothered by the closenes of the main road with traffic most of the night.

We choose this due to location and availability, the restaurant is one of our favs in Croatia, so this was the main reason. Great staff, super helpful.

Two nights before sailing, all good
We rented two appartments for two nights before going to a sailing trip. It is very easy to find Skalinada as they have traffic signs on every street pointing to the right direction. The parking was free and ample. We purchased breakfasts for the price of additional 10 EUR each, but the price was fair as the breakfast was varied. We had two dinners, the second night we asked for octopus "peka" Food was delicious.
Prices for drinks were on a high level for 2022 Croatia, as an example local beer costs 28 kunas, roughly 4 EUR. One can get beer for 22 kunas at the Slanica beach bar - one would expect the opposite ...

Pleasant weekend city escape
We were welcomed by great staff and showed to our room which was clean and comfy. Great breakfast which offers juice, coffee, homemade omelette and much more.

Few comments from young couple perspective
Waiters are professional and polite. Parking space is secured. Rooms are climatised. Beach Slanica and city centre is on walking distance.
Chimney of the restaurant is close to the balcony of seaside view apartments. In working hours of restaurant there is smell which forces you to have closed balcony doors until midnight. Sheets in apartment are low quality and had holes in it. Water pressure in shower is low and it is hard to wash yourself properly. Walls are thin and you hear everything from other rooms. Breakfast is the same for everyday. If you are staying for more than 3 days you will be bored of identical food.

What a wonderful getaway!
Breakfast was an absolute delight as well as the staff. The location was right in the middle of both beaches. We can also highly recommend the restaurant. The food was exquisite.
Nothing to complain about. It was great.
