Lemon Tree Residence

Lemon Tree provided us with a great base from which to explore Amman. The breakfast cafe was few minutes walk away, provided lots of options and was delicious. The staff at the cafe were very friendly and welcoming. The shared kitchen facilities and water filter at the hotel were useful. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and shower was hot... everything we needed.

The location did mean long, steep walks and stairs, or relying on taxis, to visit the sights of the city. However everything can be reached by foot if you don't mind walking.

Bit noisy, you can hear your neighbours through the wall

Lemon Tree Residence was an excellent choice. The place was very clean, quiet, and well organized. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Even though most of the rooms were booked, it still felt peaceful and private. I also really appreciated that all the rooms are non-smoking, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Although the hotel is located in a decent neighborhood, boasting a favorable location, the facilities provided are severely lacking. Lemon Tree Residences offers only the most basic amenities, failing to meet the standards expected of a contemporary hospitality establishment. The lack of attention to detail in enhancing guest experiences detracts significantly from the overall appeal of the accommodation.

My recent stay at Lemon Tree Residences Amman left much to be desired, as several aspects of the accommodation fell short of expectations. While the host initially appeared polite by arranging transportation from the airport, the exorbitant charge of 40 JOD for the service raised eyebrows. This rate far exceeds the standard pricing of around 25-30 JOD for similar journeys via Uber or regular taxis, leaving me feeling overcharged and dissatisfied. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the host's apparent disregard for guest satisfaction beyond collecting payment. Despite reaching out for assistance with my check-out, I was met with complete silence. The host's failure to respond to calls or messages demonstrates a distinct lack of hospitality and leaves guests feeling abandoned and unsupported. In summary, Lemon Tree Residences Amman fails to deliver on multiple fronts. While the host initially appeared courteous, the overpriced airport transfer and lack of responsiveness post-payment cast a shadow over the entire experience. With minimal amenities and a host who is unresponsive to guest needs, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to fellow travelers.
