We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay in Zadar! The apartment was perfect for our family of five — spacious, cozy, and well thought out. We loved the open space with the kitchen, dining, and living room, and everything was very functional and comfortable. One of our favorite places was the little terrace in front of the apartment.The location was also great, just a short drive (about 5 minutes) to the sea. But what made our holiday extra special were Marica and Victor. They are such wonderful hosts — warm, kind, and always ready to help. You can really feel they give their heart and 100% to make their guests happy. We are very grateful and would love to come back again! Hvala Vam od Srca. Daj Bože da se vidimo i iduće Godine. Good and quiet place to stay in Zadar in a typical residential area

We were there for a very short time (arrived at 11 pm and departed 10 am), but the flat has all necessary things. It is clean, in a quiet neighbourhood, the parking is free and easy to find an emply place to park. The beach is 7 minutes by car. Late, but flexible check-in time, you can manage it by yourself. All good.

It was not an advantage to us, because we knew it and for all us it was ok, only as remark for others, that the owner doesn't speak English (but you can use Google Translate, all good with it) and arrival time could be better (for us it was not disadvantage, because we arrive late), but please check it if it is important to you. Also early check-out time officially (but you can speak to the owner; it wasn't relevant for us).

Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.

Ωραία ήσυχη περιοχή σε προάστιο. Χώρος πάρκινγκ ακριβώς απέναντι. Πολύ βολικό για οικογένεια, καθώς υπάρχει και δεύτερη κρεβατοκάμαρα με 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Μας έδωσαν απορρυπαντικό για το πλυντήριο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με μεγάλο ψυγείο. Είναι σαν κανονικό σπίτι που θα μπορούσε μια οικογένεια να μείνει πολλές ημέρες. Πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική η ιδιοκτήτρια.

Το μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο καινούργιο.

Toller Urlaub zu Weihnachten und Silvester

Tolle Wohnung für eine vierköpfige Familie. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Vermieterin hat uns nach der langen Anreise sogar ein Abendessen bereitgestellt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Der Parkplatz befindet sich gegenüber. Ruhige Lage. Geschäfte und Cafes zu Fuss erreichbar.

Da wir über Weihnachten und Silvester in Zadar waren, hat uns doch eine Heizung in der Wohnung gefehlt. Eine Klimaanlage steht zwar zum heizen zur Verfügung, aber leider war das nicht ausreichend. Schön wäre auch ein kleiner Staubsauger, um Mal zwischendurch sauber machen zu können.
