Fantastic location for being able to tour around Bar Harbor hassle free.
Noisy, the restaurant below gets going quite early with fans, etc. Very expensive for what you get

Location was awesome and apartment was extremely clean. Contactless check-in and check-out was great! Being able to go downstairs and get a breakfast sandwich was nice and the sandwiches were extremely good. Only thing I wish it had was a TV in at least one of the bedrooms, but I was aware there was not any so that wasn't a problem only a suggestion.

Location
Shower wasn’t working properly. Had cold showers quite few times. One of us had to sleep on sofa bed which was very uncomfortable and black out curtains should be put in where the sofa bed is.
