Wilson Point is a gorgeous beachfront home with everything to ensure you have a great island vacation: private pool, gym, beautiful well-stocked kitchen, huge ‘great room’, four bedrooms (each with en suite bath), housekeeping, kayaks, ping pong, fire pit, & more! Located in a residential area 3.5 miles south of San Pedro, you are close enough to town yet can have quiet, peaceful evenings at home. This is a great spot for families & low key vacations with friends.

Wilson Point is located 3.5 miles/5.5 km south of San Pedro’s town core, which means you are far from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. Stax Sunset Lounge and Cafe is just down the road; a mini-mart and a couple of restaurants a ~mile away; and of course more dining & shopping options on the way to & in town! [Note that when coming from/to town, the road is hard packed sand for about 1.5 miles, although paving is happening in 2026.]
The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular.
It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!

In addition, I can help with island flights and tour connections, etc, plus of course while you are there the on site staff can help with any questions or issues that may arise.
An on site staff person will meet you for check-in & provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.
The on site staff lives in a small house on the property along with a sweet, small dog.

We had a wonderful stay on Ambergris Caye! Elena was an amazing host always available for any questions we had. We also had Elena prepare a couple meals for us and they were delicious. We were a group of 4 couples and everyone enjoyed these great accommodations.

After our worthwhile trip to Wilson Point, we feel like it one of the most welcoming places to be (we can’t wait to go back)!It is truly a home away from home and surpassed our expectations.All of the property components are well maintained, beautiful, and spacious, with accommodating on-site amenities that made our vacation seamless. Even before booking, the property’s manager had all our questions answered. After booking, all pre-travel arrangements were taken care of and discussed at length. The customer service that comes with this property is unmatched, and those in charge of on-site duties are personally helpful and lovely to see every day. The location is close to all excursions, numerous eating establishments, local life, and sight seeing. I personally can’t think of anything to “fix” and we are looking forward to our return very soon!

We loved our stay at beautiful Wilson Point! The house is amazing and well appointed with everything you could possibly need, including a separate private gym on the property. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and deck space, lounging in the chairs by the water, and playing cornhole. Elena was a great host and we enjoyed one of her fabulous meals one evening. Barbara made planning the trip a breeze and her communication was top notch. If we return to Belize, we will definitely stay at Wilson Point again.

Our stay at Wilson point was excellent. Elena was an incredible cook and really help make our stay memorable! The ability to have all excursions pick you up from the dock in the backyard made it all so convenient and easy. When I go back to Belize, I’ll be staying here again!!
