Experience the ultimate luxury getaway at Casa Redonda, a stunning 8-bedroom, 5-bath villa nestled on the beach next to the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, just 3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town. With breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Barrier Reef, this private oasis offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.
The villa features two floors, with the main villa spanning 4,300 square feet on the second floor, including an 1,800-square-foot veranda. The upper level accommodates up to eight guests comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each room is adorned with sliding glass doors and picture windows, creating a refreshing cross breeze. The ceilings are made of beautiful Belizean hardwoods, including Mahogany, Rosewood, Seri Cote, and Santa Maria, adding a touch of elegance to the space.
On the beach level, you'll find four bedrooms and 2 baths, each offering stunning views of the sea and pool. This level is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living room, cable TV, air conditioners, and ceiling fans in all rooms. The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, perfect for intimate gatherings.
The veranda on the upper floor boasts a panoramic view of the turquoise sea and reef, with outdoor living spaces including a breakfast area under a palapa, a bar under a palapa on the south side, and a barbecue grill. The large dining room table with inlayed marble can seat 10 guests, ideal for alfresco dining with a view.
Inside, the main living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed for comfort and ease. The living room features three large sofas, cable TV, and internet access, while the spacious dining area seats 8-10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom mahogany cabinets, and a breakfast bar.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with a private bath featuring a bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a king bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans.
Outside, the exquisite pool features 2 sundecks and an infinity edge, providing the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, or relaxing with incredible views. There are lounge chairs with cushions on the two pool decks and patio, offering a comfortable place to unwind.
For your convenience, tours can be arranged with guides picking you up and dropping you off at the end of the pier. An outdoor shower is available for when you return from water activities, and a private area under a palapa is perfect for meditation or yoga. Cook service and massage therapy are available upon request, and the staff can assist you with anything you may need, including golf cart rentals, excursions, and local airline reservations.

The caretakers Brian and Cynthia were wonderful. Brian arranged a few amazing activities for us. They were always available to help us with anything we needed. The house was well equipped with more than enough room for the 15 of us. The pool area was amazing and everyone had a great time fishing off the pier. It's a bit if a bumpy golf cart ride to downtown but there's a great grocery store and taco stands closely as well as a fruit and vegetable stand.

The property was great. Bryan the house keeper was great. Everything about the property was great. 5 stars for the VRBO Host. I would definitely take our group here again.Scammy Tammy sucked. Tammy is the tour guide they refer. She sold us a lobster hunting excurtion. Then I found out that lobster hunting season would be ending a week before we arrived and cancelled the excurtion 20 days ahead of our arrival. Tammy refused to refund us our money. I argued with Tammy about this for 3 days and got nowhere with her.I contacted the VRBO host and told them about my issue with Tammy. I got an email from Tammy about half an hour later telling me I was getting refunded in full.The place was great and the VRBO host was great. Bryan the house keeper was awesome. I would highly recommend both the host and the place. And to be fair, they resolved my issue with Tammy immediately, which is all I could ask them to do. They took great care of us, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I just wouldn't recommend booking Tammy for any excursions. She's disorganized, bad at communicating, rude and unprofessional.

Never really sure what you're going to get booking through a website. but when we arrived the view from the backyard to the ocean did not disappoint. Chris was on point to any of our needs from the day we arrived till we left. Marfa and her team cooked us breakfast every morning and also cooked our fish from a day out on the water - absolutely amazing food. Worth every penny. We ventured out to see Secret Beach, Palapas, Truck Stock etc but spent a lot of time there on property enjoying the house, pool and the amazing view.

The outside of this house is very nice, but the inside is a let down. When we arrived the AC units in several of the rooms were broken (they did get them fixed). The upstairs living room/kitchen has no AC. The bathrooms are all very old and you cannot flush your TP.......
The listing said three king bedrooms when we booked it, there is actually 1 king bed and then a daybed that has a rollaway mattress pushed up next to it that slides around while you sleep. I gave the house three stars becuase of the outside area and the 2 caretakers are very nice.
